Welcome to the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center at Hamden Middle School
List of Services Provided
Our school-based health center is currently offering the following services:
- Free COVID-19 Testing
- COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Telehealth (Video and/or telephone) visits available daily
- Treatment and follow-up of minor illnesses and injuries
- Prescription and/or dispensing of medication for treatment
- Routine checkups and immunizations if needed
- Yearly Health Assessments and Immunization Reviews
- Treatment of skin conditions
- Health education program for children/parents
- Nutrition counseling
- Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of social and emotional problems
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Risk reduction and early intervention services
- Referrals for primary care providers
- Case management, outreach and advocacy with school and social service agencies
- No out of pocket cost for medical or behavioral health services though insurance is billed
- Accept all health insurance plans
